Traveling Flavors – The Culinary Talkathon

We will present an engaging event that brings flavors of food and stories from the world over, especially India. Sanchayita Bhattacharjee , aka Chef Sunshine, a Cordon Bleu chef, has devised a unique concept that brings together her theater and culinary skills and experiences. Her penchant for story telling , combined with her background in dramatics, has led to an original and evocative presentation.
The Talkathon navigates through excerpts of her life from childhood to becoming a chef. It involves nuggets from her life experiences and harks back and forth in time with flashes of memories. As she says, “It is an amalgamation of my personal experiences while trekking up the cookery cliffs.”
She engages the audience to listen, smell, learn, savor and enjoy her food journey with her.
